We have a large and experienced staff team, each member bringing their own unique contribution to Noah’s Ark. The Practice Managers are Jane Smith and Sophie Cleak who are both experienced early years teachers. Jane and Sophie job share , each spending half their time directly supporting the children and half doing office based management work.
Jane and Sophie are supported by our Office Manager, Sophie Turner. Sophie also manages our intakes and registers and is the first point of contact for those considering a place at Noah’s Ark.
Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) is Jessica Hollier. Jessica is a qualified Early Years teacher with extensive experience of dealing with children with a wide range of additional needs and has worked at Noah’s Ark for over 9 years.
Heather Absalom is the Speech, Language and Communication (SLC) lead at Noah’s Ark, and is responsible for planning our daily “Talk and Play” sessions for EAL children, our small group sessions focusing on language and communication and undertakes the WellComm assessment when children join us at Noah’s Ark.
